Delong Steel Group has four major steel groups: Delong Group, New Tianjin Steel Group, Dexin Group and Decai Group. The headquarters of Delong Steel Group is registered in Shanghai. Among them, Delong Group owns 2 A-level enterprises with national environmental protection performance, and has developed its steel enterprises in production into a national 4A-level tourist attraction, standing as a member among the nation's initial batch of green factories. New Tianjin Steel Group, formed through the integration of key steel enterprises following Delong's participation in the judicial reorganization of Bohai Steel, is a large-scale modern steel conglomerate that encompasses sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, continuous casting, and steel rolling processes. It has 2 A-level enterprises with national environmental protection performance, 2 national-level 3A-level tourist attractions. Dexin Group is a comprehensive steel enterprise group established in Indonesia by Delong in response to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, representing the largest single steel enterprise invested and constructed overseas by China; Decai Technology Group is the largest domestic high-end metal products and cold-rolled sheet processing base.

The group has a total of 13 steel production entities with more than 1,000 varieties of products, which are used in military industry, nuclear power, aerospace, aviation, ships, power grids, railways, bridges and other infrastructure materials. Delong Steel Group has advanced technological level, leading research and development strength and excellent innovation capabilities. It has 1 post-doctoral research workstation, 2 national-level enterprise technology centers, 8 provincial-level enterprise technology centers, and 14 national high-tech enterprises.
